Social Development Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her assist and commitment to enhancing South African Social Security Company (SASSA) services in the course of an engagement along with the agency's senior administrators in a strategic planning session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the numerous social grant beneficiaries, who excelled within the 2024 matric exams.
On the 724 156 full-time learners who registered for your National Senior Certificate (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing eighty one% of the registered pupils within the education sector.
These learners obtained a commendable pass rate of 86%.
